A Day With Sherpa Pat & Backcountry Bill

The night prior to this was Maria's Birthday party at furnies/garfs. So what follows is me documenting during a horrible hangover on a 2.5/hr hike up a mountain somewhere north of Pemby. 3 of us on snowshoes, the other 3 on splitboards, and billy on 4 paws.

DOCUMENTATION: Boarders Hike Into The Known

On October 15th 2016, 5 boarders & 1 dog hike up

 Backcomb mountain in search of snowboarding.

Alex thought we were staying over night on Wedge mountain, so he brought his extra pasta

final hike to 7th, it was too much for us at this point. Almost waist deep.

After a little bit of boarding we decided to call it and bail, ride the snow out until the end.

We made it midway down wizard chair on some dicey terrain.
